Wanting an updated and more customer focus space, the goal of this project was to better reflect the look and feel of their [East Amherst branch.](https://www.lamacchiagroup.com/portfolio/alden-state-bank)   ## **Designing for the Customer** Alden State Bank was focused on improving the customer experience of this retail branch space. Wall decals, office window decals, signage and casework, and digital displays can be found carefully dispersed throughout the branch. The brand colors on accent walls help elevate the branch atmosphere and allow for the visiting customers to develop a connection with their choice bank.    The digital displays throughout the branch showcase interactive content and video content created by Vivalociti, providing more brand touchpoints and learning opportunities along the customer journey.   [![Alden Vestibule](https://2479702.hs-sites.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Alden%20Vestibule.jpg?width=2000&name=Alden%20Vestibule.jpg) ](https://2479702.hs-sites.com/hubfs/Alden%20Vestibule.jpg) [![Vestibule and screens alden](https://2479702.hs-sites.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Vestibule%20and%20screens%20alden.jpg?width=2000&name=Vestibule%20and%20screens%20alden.jpg) ](https://2479702.hs-sites.com/hubfs/Vestibule%20and%20screens%20alden.jpg) [![teller and screens alden](https://2479702.hs-sites.com/hs-fs/hubfs/teller%20and%20screens%20alden.jpg?width=2000&name=teller%20and%20screens%20alden.jpg) ](https://2479702.hs-sites.com/hubfs/teller%20and%20screens%20alden.jpg) [![teller line alden](https://2479702.hs-sites.com/hs-fs/hubfs/teller%20line%20alden.jpg?width=2000&name=teller%20line%20alden.jpg) ](https://2479702.hs-sites.com/hubfs/teller%20line%20alden.jpg) [![alden lounge and offices](https://2479702.hs-sites.com/hs-fs/hubfs/alden%20lounge%20and%20offices.jpg?width=2000&name=alden%20lounge%20and%20offices.jpg) ](https://2479702.hs-sites.com/hubfs/alden%20lounge%20and%20offices.jpg) [![alden offices and lounge](https://2479702.hs-sites.com/hs-fs/hubfs/alden%20offices%20and%20lounge.jpg?width=2000&name=alden%20offices%20and%20lounge.jpg) ](https://2479702.hs-sites.com/hubfs/alden%20offices%20and%20lounge.jpg) [![alden teller and screen](https://2479702.hs-sites.com/hs-fs/hubfs/alden%20teller%20and%20screen.jpg?width=2000&name=alden%20teller%20and%20screen.jpg) ](https://2479702.hs-sites.com/hubfs/alden%20teller%20and%20screen.jpg) ![Alden Vestibule](https://2479702.hs-sites.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Alden%20Vestibule.jpg?width=2000&name=Alden%20Vestibule.jpg) ![Vestibule and screens alden](https://2479702.hs-sites.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Vestibule%20and%20screens%20alden.jpg?width=2000&name=Vestibule%20and%20screens%20alden.jpg) ![teller and screens alden](https://2479702.hs-sites.com/hs-fs/hubfs/teller%20and%20screens%20alden.jpg?width=2000&name=teller%20and%20screens%20alden.jpg) ![teller line alden](https://2479702.hs-sites.com/hs-fs/hubfs/teller%20line%20alden.jpg?width=2000&name=teller%20line%20alden.jpg) ![alden lounge and offices](https://2479702.hs-sites.com/hs-fs/hubfs/alden%20lounge%20and%20offices.jpg?width=2000&name=alden%20lounge%20and%20offices.jpg) ![alden offices and lounge](https://2479702.hs-sites.com/hs-fs/hubfs/alden%20offices%20and%20lounge.jpg?width=2000&name=alden%20offices%20and%20lounge.jpg) ![alden teller and screen](https://2479702.hs-sites.com/hs-fs/hubfs/alden%20teller%20and%20screen.jpg?width=2000&name=alden%20teller%20and%20screen.jpg) This project not only met our expectations, but exceeded them.
