Fast forward to 2024, with eight branch locations, the credit union now serves Berks, Montgomery, Chester, and Bucks Counties in Pennsylvania.   ## **Designing for the Member** The member journey is an extremely important aspect of a branch layout. Understanding where members are pausing, what they're looking for right away, and the overall flow of traffic provides an opportunity to better appeal to visitors- this is where Vivalociti comes in.   One of Diamond CU's specific goals for this project was to reimagine the member experience. The Vivalociti team worked with the client's engineers to ensure the new design would act as a launching point for their evolving member engagement.
